Warranties

Caring Clothing provides a 30-day warranty on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail (service@caringclothing.com), and we will immediately issue a return address. The following terms apply:

  • Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
  • The products must be returned in new, resellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged(scratches, wreckage etc.) do not qualify and may be discarded.
  • Products returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless goods are defective or there is a shipping error.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.

All prices are subject to change. We apologize, but errors take place with inputting pricing data from time to time. If there is a mistake in pricing or any other information displayed on our site we reserve the right to correct it without obligation. Shipping Rates and Delivery

To provide a smooth internet shopping experience, Caring Clothing ships orders every business day, Monday through Friday. That means your purchase will be in the mail within one business day after the payment is confirmed. We offer shipping methods from UPS.

NOTE: Shipping rates may vary based on weight of orders. Please call us directly at 1.562.881.3950 or contact us at service@caringclothing.com to find out rates for heavy orders.

IMPORTANT! All expedited shipping is NOT guaranteed if order is placed after 12 noon PST.

Shipping Terms and Policies

  • All packages shipped by Caring Clothing are insured at no cost to you.
  • In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted immediately by one of our customer service representatives.
  • Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
  • Orders will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days after payments are confirmed.You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.
  • Caring Clothing reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
